The Refund Policy with regards to Digital Products & Online Courses is slightly different.

If you buy a digital product from our shop – Topaz Social, since the nature of the product is digital and it is electronically sent at the time of purchase, we cannot issue any refunds for the same.
If you have any queries regarding our digital products or need more clarity, feel free to email us. We will be more than happy to answer all your doubts before your purchase to ensure complete satisfaction.
Once access is granted, due to the sensitive, proprietary nature of the copyrighted content, Topaz Social will not refund the payment for any reason.
Due to the digital nature of this business and the accessibility of our online courses immediately upon purchase, there is a generous 7-day full refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have paid for, you may fill the Refund Request Form within 7 days of your purchase and qualify for the refund.
Online Courses include information products, online video tutorials, e-books, courses etc.
If there are valid reasons for lack of satisfaction, a refund will be issued after a review.
Please Note: Refunds will not be issued after a customer purchases a digital product and wants to immediately get a refund stating vague reasons such as:
- Purchased somewhere else.
- Not satisfied with the product (without consuming the product)
- Changed mind etc.
