Why Should You Whitelist Email?

The practice of whitelisting emails is highly recommended for people who are signed up for any important email subscriptions and wish to not miss out on any of the important emails and notifications.

How To Whitelist Email?

Make sure you whitelist our following email address: “support@wordpress-802031-2780671.cloudwaysapps.com“

Gmail (Web Browser):

Gmail allows you to whitelist an email address in a number of ways. Here is the easiest and fastest method you can use to whitelist our email on Gmail.

Important Note: Please use a Web Browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge for this.

Steps:

Log in to your Gmail account.
In the Gmail Search Bar, type “support@wordpress-802031-2780671.cloudwaysapps.com” without the quotation marks and hit enter.
Open any email from the email list.
Click on the 3 Vertical Dots and from the drop-down options list, select “Filter messages like this” option.

Now click on “Create filter” button!

Check mark the option – “Never send it to Spam”
Check mark “Categorise as:” option and select “Primary” from the drop-down menu
Check mark “Also apply filter to” option if you have received many previous emails from the email address “support@wordpress-802031-2780671.cloudwaysapps.com”
Finally click on the “Create filter” blue button.

Now all emails coming from us via support@wordpress-802031-2780671.cloudwaysapps.com will land in your Gmail Primary Inbox.
Rinse and repeat all the above steps for 2 additional email addresses – “amitdesaihq@t.kajabimail.net” & “no-reply@circle.so” without quotation marks.
That’s all that there is to it.

Android Mail:

If you are using an android device, open an email coming from our email address “support@wordpress-802031-2780671.cloudwaysapps.com“, click the icon/picture, and then click “Add to Contacts.”

If you’re a customer, to ensure you receive news, announcements and all updates with regards to the Digital Coaching Program & Synapse Online Community, rinse and repeat all the above steps for 2 additional email addresses – “amitdesaihq@t.kajabimail.net” & “no-reply@circle.so” without quotation marks.

Apple Mail (OS X and iOS devices):

For both OS X and iOS mail, open our email coming from “support@wordpress-802031-2780671.cloudwaysapps.com” & select the “From,” or “Reply-To” button in the email. Then click, “Add to VIPs.”

AOL Mail:

If you use AOL, you will open our email coming from “support@wordpress-802031-2780671.cloudwaysapps.com“. In the preview, highlight our email address and a drop-down menu will appear. Then select “Add Contact.”

Outlook.com:

Open our email coming from “support@wordpress-802031-2780671.cloudwaysapps.com“. An alert should show saying, “Parts of this message have been blocked for your safety.” All you have to do is click, “I trust this sender. Always show content.”

Outlook 20XX:

Open our email coming from “support@wordpress-802031-2780671.cloudwaysapps.com“. A message should appear at the header of the message saying, Click here to download pictures and then in the drop-down click, “Add sender to safe senders list.”

Windows Live Desktop:

Open our email coming from “support@wordpress-802031-2780671.cloudwaysapps.com“. Where it says, “Some images in this message are not shown.” There you can click the link that says, “Add to safe sender’s list.”

Yahoo! Mail:

Open our email coming from “support@wordpress-802031-2780671.cloudwaysapps.com“. Next to our email address should be a “plus” sign (+). Click on the plus sign and select “Add to Contacts” and then click “Save.”
